Higher Heights Spa’s appointment scheduling is open every 2 months at a time; this ensures that you, the client, new or re-occurring, have your desired spot for your appointment. As a small business, a cancellation/reschedule policy supports the cost of the business to ensure it can maintain operations when last-minute changes arise.

The policy is as follows

Any appointment cancellations that occur on the day of appointment (or less than 24 hours of the appointment) will be charged a fee of 100% of the service(s) scheduled. Any appointment reschedules that occur on the day of appointment (or less than 24 hours of the appointment) will be charged a fee of 50% of the service(s) scheduled.

I acknowledge that if I no call/no show I will be charged 100% of service(s) scheduled and the amount cannot be refunded or applied to future services under ANY circumstances.

I understand that if I am running 6mins late to my appointment scheduled it will result in shortening the length of my service to finish at the time scheduled.

I acknowledge that if I am a few minutes over the 6 minute late policy my service provider will have to cancel my appointment and I will be charged 100% of service(s) or if I want to reschedule I will be charged a reschedule fee of 50% of service(s)

A policy fee’s must be paid to resume any future appointments

Higher Heights Spa reserves the right to decline any person(s) from booking future appointments if any issue(s) persist. I kindly ask that ALL appointments be confirmed no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If an appointment is not confirmed past 24 hours, Higher Heights Spa reserves the right to cancel the appointment booked.

You are responsible for your appointment

Please refrain from texting Alexis’ business number or social media handles to make changes to your appointment, instead, utilize the Pocketsuite booking app client addition to make any changes to your appointment. Your service provider can not guarantee that your appointment will be changed promptly, and this may result in your appointment running into a cancellation fee or rescheduling fee.
